Have executed other civil works such as: Integrated residential township, Roads, Bridges, Box culverts, Canal Crossings, Water Resources Systems, Power plants, large Infrastructure Projects, Preparation of PFR and DPRs for Dam toe Small Hydro power plant, a 35 Km Double electrified Railway Lines and 22 Km long CCPC for coal transportation. Techno-Commercial, Project and contract management including Manpower, Time and Cost Management. Implementation of Health, Safety Environment (HSE) and Quality assurance at all Project sites. Drafting Detail specifications for Civil works, Bidding Documents, Analysis of Rates, tendering and Negotiations, award of work and Construction management. Hard working professional with demonstrated success in manpower management, resource allocation/ optimization, contract/ work management at multiple locations.
