With more than two decades of experience spanning military aviation, law enforcement, and private-sector training operations, I bring a proven record of leadership, operational excellence, and instructional expertise. I currently serve as a Training Operations Manager at Delta Defense LLC, the service provider for the US Concealed Carry Association (USCCA), where I lead a hybrid team driving the growth and performance of firearms and self-defense training programs nationwide. My role combines strategic planning, partner development, process improvement, and certified instruction across multiple USCCA curricula. Prior to this, I built a foundation in public safety as a law enforcement officer known for initiative, community engagement, and shift leadership. Earlier in my career, I spent 20 years in the U.S. Army as a Special Operations MH-47G instructor pilot, liaison officer, and multi-aircraft mission commander, deploying globally in support of joint special operations and serving in key standardization and tactical operations roles. Across all positions, I have been recognized for my ability to lead high-performing teams, manage complex operations, and deliver training that enhances capability, safety, and mission success.

   This role is responsible for leading a field and home office (9 remote employees, 2 local) based operations team focused on improving and building successful firearms and self defense training business operations with Official Partners and Independent Instructors founded in US Concealed Carry Association curriculum and training programs. They are responsible for managing internal and external resources, leveraging their teams to drive usage of US Concealed Carry Association training programs and products with external partners, developing and implementing operational plans that improve our standing as a leader in the firearms and self-defense training industry while also improving profitability, and ensuring that procedures are carried out correctly. Additionally, they regularly evaluate organizational efficiency and make necessary changes to maximize productivity in order to continue to drive results. The role also requires training counselor level certification in the Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals, Defensive Pistol Program, and AR-15 Fundamentals curriculum. This allows for episodic teaching of both end-user and instructor certification classes in all USCCA curriculum.
