My passion is solving complex problems and my expertise is keeping the solution simple - I enjoy digging deep into a problem, breaking it down to its smallest parts, and designing a solution that gets to the root of the issue and achieves the objective. I love strategic planning and blue-sky thinking just as much as I love getting into the details, and get great pride in seeing my recommendation come to life. I also believe that HOW we communicate the solution, involve stakeholders, and present information is just as important as the recommendation itself. In fact, stakeholder management, presentation design, communication development and change management are some of my favorite parts of the process.
