   Responsible for the design of Crusher ANC 2 (projected to be a 10 million a year SKU, one of the most successful launches in company history), Dime 3, Smokin’ Buds and Push Ultra 2. • Lead SKDY’s first User Research initiative involving 1:1 moderated User Interviews, Surveys and Competitor Analysis. Gathered insights that lead directly to improved usability and a unified UI experience across all products. • Drove innovation and inspired new methods of team collaboration by facilitating a 3-month brainstorming workshop fueled by learnings from IDEO U’s ‘Cultivating Creative Collaboration’ certificate program. • Supported Applications team in identifying areas of optimization to the native Skullcandy App. Provided sketching, wireframing and lo-fi prototypes in Figma.
