I am a graduate of The Fletcher School at Tufts University, where I specialized in International Development and Global Governance & Organizations. My work sits at the intersection of development, policy, and strategic engagement, with a focus on expanding economic opportunity and strengthening institutions across Africa and the diaspora.As a development strategist and global policy professional, I am dedicated to advancing leadership and economic opportunities within African and immigrant communities. Through my work with Africana Bridge Network, I support initiatives that connect African professionals to workforce opportunities, mentorship networks, and leadership development pathways. My work focuses on building bridges between institutions, policymakers, and communities to expand access to opportunity and strengthen inclusive economic systems. This includes supporting programs that promote immigrant workforce integration, professional recredentialing, and diaspora engagement.With a background in business development and strategy consulting, I bring a practical and solutions-oriented perspective to identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and supporting initiatives that create sustainable economic pathways.
