Guides students in their search for Co-op Work Terms, develops target markets for marketing Co-op student\'s capabilities\' to employers, and builds relationships with students, faculty, employers, and all stakeholders of the B, A, and D, Co-op Office.Through a variety of mechanisms including the delivery of the Co-op Preparation Course using appropriate employment preparation materials,(Lesson Plans and Resource Materials), and Work Site Visits, students are coached by the incumbent regarding performance issues and learning outcomes. As well, assist employers through the job posting and selection process.
