Represent Group IT at Operating Committee level of the business, attending monthly Board meetings and reporting on IT performance and delivery of strategy.• Development, implementation and management of 5 year plan for the Group IT function directly aligned to the business 5-year plan as signed off by the Operating Committee.• Leadership of the IT team of 30 people, ensuring support across all studios, providing resiliency across our cloud, server, and network infrastructure and ensuring out security posture is up to date and embedded within IT processes.• Maintain and manage IT budget across Operations, Infrastructure, Software and Security amounting to c£8m a year.• Responsible for maintaining accreditation to ISO27001 for the Group across all studios.• Responsible for the overall management of all IT suppliers and approval of all IT purchases and software license renewals.• Programme manage all IT strategic projects for the business and ensure internal business as usual project deliverables are met.• Maintained responsibility for the delivery of IT Infrastructure strategy and project delivery along with input from IT Project Management, Facilities Management, third parties and internal and external stakeholders.• Lead technical delivery of all intra-company hybrid communications programmes including major developer conference.
