A relationship focused HR professional with 13 years of experience in a multitude of industries such as Higher Education, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Community Organizing, Entertainment and others.“Don’t forget what you already know.”Although this may seem obvious it is something we forget at times. Everyday we are learning something new or a different way to approach a situation that builds on the knowledge we already have. This is how I would sum up my experience at Temple University both in the classroom and outside of it. Through my classes, internships and industry experience I have been put in situations and learned from different professionals many skills and tools that have made me the professional I am today.As a professional starting in the Hospitality industry, transitioning into the Learning & Development industry and ultimately focusing on Employee centered programs, I am excited to keep building on that knowledge as well as applying what I have already learned to new opportunities. Through my time obtaining a Master\'s of Education in Adult and Organizational Development, I have been immersed in the ideas and concepts of how to develop not only an organization, but the pieces that make up the organization, its\' employees. I firmly believe that if we continue to keep in the forefront of our minds that human beings are dynamic entities that are forever changing and have completely different experiences, we can dig deep enough to find a connection and build that connection into a productive and respectful working relationship.
