Troubleshooting and solving key problems in the chemistry experiments within the timeframe.Arranging required resources and overseeing all activities to ensure timely completion of projects as per budgeted parameters.Defining best practices for project support and documentation. Coordinating with CADD team, analytical group, and other support departments for ensuring successful completion of tasks. Analyzing project data, helping to address issues like potency, selectivity and ADMEs and contributing to the generation of new RFPs. Tracking progress and overseeing preparation of weekly progress reports and technical review presentations.Liaising with Partners (TCs), presenting chemistry and biological data at internal chemistry and project review meetings.Helping to build integrated scientific IDD team by assisting in the recruitment process of the company and other departmental activities.Responsible for the professional (scientific and operational) growth of second-line managers.
