With a Master\'s degree in Computerized Systems, Automation & Control, I look at the world, seeing how systems operate, identifying where inefficiencies hide, and understanding how small misalignments can lead to major failures.When I transitioned into HR leadership, I realized something that founders eventually discover, too: Companies are systems.
