Driven by a passion for knowledge and embracing new challenges, I am currently pursuing a Master\'s in Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University\'s John Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy.In my most recent role, I served as the Civic Engagement Team Lead for Hmong Innovating Politics, where I worked to advance racial and social justice, break down barriers to voting and representation for AAPI and BIPOC communities, and gather data to better understand the needs of diverse neighborhoods in Sacramento, CA.My professional journey has taken me through a range of fields, including higher education, community organizing, and research. This varied background has honed my ability to quickly adapt and thrive in new environments.
