I am a Contracts Manager on the Commercial Legal team at Figma, responsible for negotiating, redlining, and executing inbound commercial and technology agreements across the company, including SaaS and cloud software licensing, on-premise licensing, master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), data processing agreements (DPAs), service level agreements (SLAs), NDAs, letters of intent (LOIs), term sheets, reseller agreements, strategic partnership agreements, and order forms with strategic vendors, resellers, and third-party service providers. I partner with in-house attorneys and cross-functional stakeholders across legal, finance, procurement, security, product, marketing, and engineering to drive end-to-end deal execution and to advance the company\'s growth priorities. My work centers on commercial and technology contract negotiation, transaction management, vendor contract management, SaaS and software licensing, IP licensing, data center and colocation agreements, infrastructure contracting, public-sector contracting, contract lifecycle management (CLM), data protection, and privacy. I am a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), with working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and cross-border data transfer frameworks. I bring a decade of in-house and public-sector commercial legal experience.
