As a highly efficient IQA and teacher, I designed, ran and overlooked the achievements of several Employability courses, supporting the Employability and ESOL department. The courses were organised in partnership with the DWP, and have a cohort starting every 4-weeks with a turnover of around 1500 learners per year. Quality Assurance and Teaching professional, specialised in adult education, with more than 5 years experience delivering and IQA courses from Pre-Entry ESOL to level 5 Management. My round background (CIPD, SET and BCS Associate, Project Management professional, specialised in HR, L&D, Education & Training, Administration & IT, Retail, Hospitality, H&S/Food Safety/GDPR) give me the capacity to adapt quickly in any situation and find solutions when others see only problems.
