My practice is focused on advising and representing entrepreneurs and companies in business disputes and related matters. I have litigated cases in state and federal courts around the country that have involved claims for breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, trademark infringement, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and compliance with securities laws.In addition, I successfully defended employers in judicial, arbitration and administrative proceedings, and counseled corporations on employment matters involving allegations of age, gender, and race discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour matters, wrongful termination, and violations of the ADA. Whether in trials, hearings, or depositions, I create bespoke approaches, and aggressively advocate for my clients’ interests.
