ABOUT GIUSTINA SECUNDO

Giustina Secundo is Assistant Professor and Senior Researcher in Management Engineering at University of Salento (Italy), since Her research is characterized by a cross-disciplinary focus, with a major interest towards areas such as human capital creation, management development, intellectual capital management and knowledge management in new product development. These research activities have been documented in more than 75 publications, including book chapters, conference proceedings and and publications in international journals. Her research appeared in Journal of Management Development, Journal of Intellectual Capital, Knowledge management Research & Practices, International Journal of Innovation and Technology Management and Journal of Enterprising culture. She managed 8 editions of post graduated Internal Masters on e-Business Management devoted to people coming southern Mediterranean Countries (mainly Morocco, Egypt, Tunisia, Jordan) in collaboration with Al-Akhawayn University in Marocco, University of Jordan and Technopole Elgazala in Tunis. Moreover, she coordinated several research and education projects in collaboration with leading Italian companies focused on the development of innovative human capital profile able to afford the challenges of the 21st century. She is actively involved on a research project focused on the development hi-tech entrepreneurship at Regional Level in collaboration with worldwide leading companies, universities and research centers. She has been a lecturer of Innovation Management, Technological Entrepreneurship, Project Management and Intellectual Capital Management at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Salento since 2001.
