About Giustina Laina Rossi

Since August 2007, I have been deeply involved in the architectural design industry for 18 years, working in several well-known small and medium-sized architectural firms in Italy and the United States. I rose through the ranks from design intern to architectural design director, accumulating extensive experience in the entire design and project management process across both countries. During my time in Italy, I became familiar with European architectural aesthetics and local regulations, leading the design and implementation of numerous small and medium-sized commercial and residential projects. After settling in the United States in 2018, I quickly adapted to American architectural design standards and market demands, focusing on the localization of small and medium-sized projects and cross-sector coordination. Currently, I am the architectural design director, overseeing the team\'s design management. I excel at combining Italian design aesthetics with American practical thinking, using sustainable design concepts to drive the high-quality implementation of small and medium-sized architectural projects. I possess both solid design expertise and efficient project management skills.

   Oversees the design management of small and medium-sized architectural projects on the West Coast of the firm, formulates project design plans and timelines, monitors team progress, and ensures on-time project delivery; responsible for the design review and quality control of core projects, balancing design aesthetics, functional requirements, and implementation costs, and optimizing design schemes to improve project cost-effectiveness; establishes a manual for aligning design standards between the US and China, standardizes the team\'s design process, and improves the efficiency of cross-regional project design; liaises with client management and municipal approval departments, handles major design adjustments and compliance issues, and maintains long-term client relationships; pays attention to US green building design trends, integrates cutting-edge concepts into the team\'s design work, and promotes the implementation of sustainable design in projects.
