To define and coordinate Group\'s cyber security strategy and related program, developing plans through engagement with all relevant company stakeholders, supporting the Cyber Security Committee in monitoringprogram execution progress, delivering integrated reporting with KPIs/ KRIs- to deliver structured documentation to support the resolutions of the Group’s legal entities governing andcontrol bodies- to lead the cyber regulatory compliance process by supervising the design and implementation ofenhancement plans establishing continuous monitoring to validate and maintain compliance over time- to define Cyber Security positioning liaising with the relevant Legal, Corporate, Regulatory, and AntitrustAffairs, External Relations and Security units in response to new regulation while representing Group’s CyberSecurity interests in international bodies and associations evaluating technical impact- to monitor cyber security standards and to lead related certifications process- to lead and maintain cyber security policies procedures and processes, taking into consideration internalframework, corporate digital strategy and cyber regulations- to lead the Cyber Security Education, Training and Awareness plan according to Enel Group Cyber SecurityFramework and relevant laws and regulations.
