Deliver high-quality professional support to victims of human trafficking and modern slavery in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and the West Midlands, serving as the primary point of contact for 25+ service users throughout the NRM Recovery and Reflection period. Advocate for service users, ensuring access to local services and essential resources such as accommodation, food, clothing, and financial services, while making swift arrangements during emergencies. Apply expert judgment to formulate and update comprehensive monthly support plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and engaging with external organisations, including the Home Office, councils, police forces, charities, and businesses. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with targeted stakeholders, partners, and community groups, driving referrals and engagement while identifying new sector opportunities aligned with organisational strategic goals. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, research acumen, and proactive initiative, excelling in liaison and negotiation with various agencies on behalf of clients.Selected Accomplishments:• Supported the internal Care Quality Commission in developing a new framework to analyse the team\'s performance, ensuring continuous improvement, best practices, and the maintenance of high-quality records.• Established and maintained relationships with internal and external partners, fostering collaboration and effective communication.• Identified and negotiated with new local partner organisations, securing priority access to their services for our clients and building lasting partnerships.• Collected data and feedback, contributing valuable insights for ongoing improvements.• Prepared reports and case studies for research purposes, for internal-external research projects.• Served as team\'s health and safety representative, prioritising a safe and secure work environment for all team members.
