My law firm has a strong multi-disciplinary and transnational focus and is comprised of a dynamic group of lawyers engaged in a broad range of business-related areas of legal practice. Beyond directing the law firm\'s activities, my main role is to give legal advice to entrepeneurs - whether Italian or foreigners - in all aspects related to their business (establishment of business entity, contracts with clients, service providers and suppliers, protection of intellectural property and insolvency proceedings). I also frequently give assistance in case of mergers and acquisitions of companies by corporate groups that intend to invest in Italian and foreign markets. In terms of domestic law, I deal with commercial issues (“corporate governance”, sales of shares, liability of directors, debt managment plans, agency and distributorship agreements) and I also sit in several supervisory compliance boards of multinational companies (pursuant to Italian Decree 231/2001). On the international and transnational front, I offer advice in connection to large-scale investment projects, in Italy and abroad, including the negotiation and drafting of related contracts (mergers and acquisitions, agency, distribution, joint ventures, know how, etc.).
