I recently graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Business Management, minoring in Sales. During my time at VCU, I was a member of the Professional Selling Team, where I developed advanced sales techniques and a strong passion for building meaningful connections. My leadership skills were further sharpened during my tenure as Vice President of Pi Kappa Phi, where I coordinated events, managed teams, and fostered community engagement. Additionally, my experience as a server and bartender at Sedona Taphouse enhanced my customer service expertise and ability to connect with diverse individuals in fast-paced environments. My diverse background extends to martial arts, with a black belt in Judo and a storied history as a Division 1 wrestler and state champion. These experiences have instilled in me discipline, resilience, and a competitive spirit. Guided by the principles of integrity and grit, which were instilled by my father Major William Inserra, USMC, Infantry Officer. I\'m committed to making a positive impact in the professional world.
