WORK HISTORY
Angel Investor @Iag
Milan, IT
Italian Angels for Growth (IAG) is Italy\'s leading network-powered venture capital investor — 600+ business angels backing startups from pre-seed through early Series A, including through its dedicated pre-seed arm Eden Ventures.I\'ve been investing through IAG for over 14 years. Staying close to innovation — new technologies, business models, and entrepreneurial thinking — keeps me current as an executive and consistently informs how I lead ThermoKey. Supporting founders who are building something meaningful is equally important to me.Within the network, I contribute as an investment advisor on deals in manufacturing, operations, energy, and data center infrastructure — areas where industrial depth and execution experience matter most.Selected investments via IAG: Angiodroid · Artemest (exit) · Biogenera · Cellply · CercaOfficina · CharityStars (exit) · Cubbit · GetYourBill (exit) · NTP Nano Tech Project · Kither Biotech · Fantix · Resalis · Sooma · Even Healthcare

ABOUT GIUSEPPE VISENTINI
I\'m an engineer turned CEO, entrepreneur and investor — with a 20+ year background built from within manufacturing, through R&D, process reengineering, hands-on operations, and international market development. At ThermoKey, I lead a team of 310+ people specialized in advanced heat transfer solutions for data centers, HVAC, industrial refrigeration, and energy & process cooling — with deep expertise in tube-and-fin heat exchangers, aluminum microchannel technology, and long-standing OEM partnerships. Among these markets, data centers show the strongest growth momentum — and some of the most complex engineering challenges. As AI workloads push rack densities higher, the sector faces a compounding equation: more heat to reject, tighter space constraints, and growing pressure to reduce auxiliary energy consumption and water usage. Design choices now affect not only technical performance, but also capital allocation, permitting timelines, portfolio strategy, and operational risk. In this environment, lasting advantage will come from turning heat transfer physics into thermal architectures that are scalable, efficient, manufacturable — and resilient by design rather than by redundancy. Beyond ThermoKey, I invest across early-stage startups, growth companies, and search funds — with a particular interest in Italian businesses with strong fundamentals and untapped potential for growth and consolidation. I also serve as a non-executive board member in selected ventures at the intersection of technology, industrial innovation, and sustainability. I believe innovation is the primary lever through which Italian companies can compete globally — and staying close to it, as an investor and board member, makes me a better executive and keeps my thinking connected to where things are heading.
