As Vice head of Core Crediti, I lead and serve a team of nearly 30 people between analysts, front end and back-end developers, located across three different countries, my job is to deal and manage complexity and relationships every day. I focused on improvement and sustainable planning of software releases.In this role I need to deal and plan with Customer, Area Manager and Business Specialist every day. Moreover I have been researching and recruiting talents to add them to the area.As Agile coach I developed a sustainable Agile framework, perfectly adapted to the company to help the teams in the area to plan, manage, develop, deliver software and communicate with customers.In these years I built several kind of software in bank industry. Me and my team year over year work to manage and deliver big core softwares, several change request, anomalies and maintenance tickets.
