I lead the AI & Data function that has been part of that growth story. My mandate: translate data and AI into business outcomes — with full ownership from strategy to production, across Marketing, Sales, and Strategy.My team doesn\'t just build — we analyse, interpret, and advise. Every model we ship starts with a business question, not a dataset. Every automation starts with a process we\'ve mapped, challenged, and redesigned.A TV attribution model I designed has been adopted across 10+ countries, delivering 10x+ annual ROI. My team deployed the first internal AI agents in the company\'s history — real-time assistants supporting contact center operators with 95%+ accuracy. I led the shift to an internal OpenAI Whisper pipeline cutting speech analytics costs by 40%, ensuring full data compliance. My team runs a portfolio of automations delivering 5x to 20x ROI each.I built a Bayesian causal inference framework moving leadership from intuition to evidence, engineered a deduplication system processing 200M+ comparisons monthly, and designed a TAM intelligence system giving leadership a continuous strategic view of growth opportunity.I am leading the company\'s strategic shift from SEO to GEO — guiding how AI systems process content and building an agent that generates on-brand article drafts following GEO principles.I lead all internal AI Act compliance assessments before production.I built the team from scratch. Every person grew from junior to senior. 100% retention since day one, in 2023. Responsible for hiring, performance evaluation and development planning.
