My strength lies in deep knowledge of the most important techniques applied in the aerospace field, especially on coating processes, welding processes, metals, materials, lab coating testing and evaluation Huge experience in thermal spray process (APS, HVOF, Cold Spray), diffusion coatings and repair application, CA (certifying agent) for thermal spray process,International Welding Engineer qualification. Personnel training, qualification of new facilities devoted to special processes. Audit of special processes, technical reference during Nadcap Audit and Third Parties audit, Knowledge of root cause analysis using tools susch as 5Whys, Ishikawa/Fishbone, 8D. Improvement projects on processes (Six Sigma, Kaizen) Knowledge of zero-defect manufacturing, APQP and PAPP standards including Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA, Process Control Pan, Measurement System Analysis and Process Capability. Training and experience in lean tools and techniques (Practical Problem Solving, A3, FMEA). Knowledge of Aviation industry standards essential, EASA Part 21G,Part145, EN9100 requirements. Knowledge of NADCAP and Special Processes Hands on experience with Coating (thermal spray and diffusion coating), Welding (GTAW Resistance Spot and Seam Welding),experience with Aerospace products and processes. IWE Certification, WPS and WPQR validation, welding personnel training, supplier welding qualification. Good interpersonal skills, being capable to communicate at all levels, along with ability to coordinate team efforts to set priorities.
