Our client is a large Italian MVNE mobile operator with over 5M customers and 6Mcalls/day. As part of the governance group I support the service delivery, overseeing many activities: project initiatives, proposals and estimates, staffing, teams management, infrastructure and architecture initiatives, managing large projects (e.g. Billing Upgrade), governance, engagement forecasts. I act as a liaison between various groups of the engagement (50+ professionals) and client\'s Project Managers, to support and guarantee the success and completion of activities and initiatives.Being a rounded IT consultant and professional I also act in the capacity of defect manager, coordinating and supporting the test manager and the development team, particularly in the area of systems integration, with over services and 150+ Tibco applications. I am involved in the design and first-hand implementation of project management support tools using Python and GenAI (e.g. defect management, KPI/SLA reporting automation, integration services monitoring, time tracking tools, intelligent operations, project issues management, outlook integration, and more)
