Holding a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and with more than 30 years of experience, I have spent most of my career on EPC business in the Energy and Petrochemical sectors. In the last years, I have progressively led the business through an evolution and diversification, with a particular focus on specialty chemicals, green petrochemicals, metals for energy transition, and the circular economy. Culturally open and passionate about teamwork, personal development and empowerment, I have built and led very successful teams constituted by exceptionally talented individuals. In the span of my career, I have taken international assignments in South America, the Middle East and across Europe, and I speak four languages.
