I\'m the Logistics Support for Supply Chain and Logistics Management in Emergency.Responsible of the Supply Chain processes, together with Supply Chain and Logistics Managers.Responsible for logistics budgeting and budget control analysis together with Supply Chain and Logistics Managers, and responsible to find the corrective actions in case of need.Responsible for defining and implementing the new Management Software for all the Projects, together with IT function.Main achievements:• Lead logistics and supply chain processes in all the Emergency hospitals (10) and outpatients clinics (more than 40) abroad travelling often between them.• I’m introducing new software tools and procedures to maximize the results of the entire Supply Chain.• Defined logistics flows and protocols for the supply chain management of each hospital abroad and in Italy.• Leading logistics activity in Emergency teams for COVID-19 outbreak.• Defined logistics and supply chain protocols of 7 mobile clinics, 6 outpatient clinics, 2 information and social-medical help desk, for Emergency Italian projects.• Led the construction of 4 new mobile clinics truck based, 2 new outpatient clinics situated in Castel Volturno (CE) and Napoli, 2 information and social-medical help desks situated in Brescia and Milano.• Led the authorization processes for the new Italian projects with the authorities.• I led an Emergency mission of Search And Rescue (SAR) team in the Mediterranean Sea in summer 2016.

Currently I work for Emergency, in the Supply Chain Department. My working experience consists of: • More than 11 years of logistics and supply chain management in Emergency NGO, one of the most important non-profit association in Italy, I’m introducing new software tools and procedures to maximize the results of the entire Supply Chain. • 11 years of logistics management in a highly valued Italian design company Driade SpA. I’ve introduced the bar code technology digitalizing the warehouse management. I’ve transformed the internal production in a pure logistic plant. • 3 years of management control and accounting in Driade SpA, working in Switzerland and keeping on relationship between our offices in Italy, Switzerland and Holland. • Almost 3 years of CEO in DBM srl an information technology society. I’ve founded it with 2 business partners.
