I am part of the Legal Affairs Department of the Group and, as a senior member of the Contracts Negotiation team, I am in charge of:• Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of contracts with clients: EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Contracts), Service Agreements, Confidentiality agreements.• Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of contracts with partners: Memoranda of Understanding, Pre-bid Agreements, Consortium Agreements, Joint-Venture Agreements. • Training and coordinating the works of younger members of the team;• Preparation and management of group procedures and policy involving the Legal Affairs Department.• Support to Operations and Contract Management Department, when required. In parallel with the above-described role, I also manage the legal affairs of two companies recently acquired by the Group. This task gave me also the opportunity to:• participate in the corporate integration process executed after acquisition.• Spread the range of legal matters in which I am involved, compared to the above-described group role• Coordinate the wok of two legal teams• Directly liaise with top management of such companies
