ABOUT RENATO GIUSEPPE RENDA

I have been working in the renewable energy industrial sector since 2006, I have gained experience in all phases of a project (design, authorization, construction, operation), in various professional roles (supplier, customer) and with tasks ranging from purely technical to managerial, providing useful contributions on regulatory, commercial or administrative aspects. Subsequently, personal reasons led me to the public employment, as a technical officer at the Italian Navy, to take care of logistics. Thus began in 2015 a new experience in a sector totally different from the energy sector which has broadened my skills and responsibilities. Since August 2019 I have been carrying out both activities, with renewed professional passion and an eye to the future. helping to improve safety on the seas on the one hand and environmental protection on the other. Characteristics: excellent communication skills, for example in the description of relational activities to the interlocutor, in the transfer of clear tasks and duties to the desired personnel, in the involvement of the Parties to achieve the objective, in the promotion of products and services offered. Organizational characteristics: natural propensity for problem solving with efficient and effective management of priorities and human and instrumental resources available. Technical characteristics: scrupulousness in the pursuit of the workmanlike realization of the works, in compliance with the pre-established times and costs. Attitudinal characteristics: strong skills of analysis of the context in which one operates, of in-depth analysis of issues and of schematization of processes; ability to work in a team as both a leader and a proactive collaborator.
