My mission: Use of the data driven approach to improve the customer perceived quality of the Jaguar Land Rover Vehicles Using the vehicle telemetry data, we are able to monitor in real time the vehicle systems identifying, prioritizing and addressing all the vehicle systems issues My daily tasks: · Provide analytics leadership and Subject Matter Expert support to ensure that all the deliverables maintain a high standard of quality · Coordinate a small team of data analyst engineers between UK and India · Usage of Agile methodology (Kanban, Scrum) to plan team’s activities · Work with Git Systems and management tools such as JIRA. · Gather Data Requirements from internal and external stakeholders · Analyse vehicle systems to identify key data to be fetched and analysed · Identify and request vehicle network signals and diagnostics DIDs/DTCs to be sent by telematic unit · Design data pipelines to automate and optimise team’s data processing processes · Extract and process data (joining, cleaning, shaping, etc.) by using SQL, Python and Matlab from the following cloud environments: AWS (Athena and S3) and GCP (BigQuery and Google Cloud Storage) · Responsible for testing and monitoring of deliverables · Provide cross-carline reporting of the data analysis outcomes by using reporting tools like Tableau and Google Data Studio and Quick-Sight • Mentorship activities on graduates
