Manages site operations of Xscale Data Center + HV/MV electrical substation serving the entire Equinix Campus- Direct reports consist of a Supervisor, Facility Specialist, IBX Engineers/Technicians,Logistic Team, on site 24/7 security and asset auditors- Coordinates installations and delivery schedules to the timescales to ensure that the duties they are undertaking are carried out in a timely manner and projects are progressing as expected− Manages team members and responsible for the hiring process, schedule planning, salary reviews, promotions, yearly reviews, coaching and team development while promoting shared accountability and team collaboration through weekly operations meetings and bi-weekly toolbox talks− Manages and oversees projects and deployments while delegating certain parts of the project to promote training and development within the team− Liaises with all departments within the business to ensure compliance, process alignment and consistent quality and service delivery to our customers- Define and Manage site Budget to offer always the best level of service to our Customers
