ABOUT GIUSEPPE MAURIZIO GAGLIARDI
I am an Aerospace Engineer dedicated to advancing technology and innovation in the aerospace industry. With a Master’s degree and a PhD from the University of Naples Federico II, I specialize in structural dynamics, aeroelasticity, and computational fluid dynamics. Currently, I serve as a Structural Verification & Validation Engineer at BLUE Engineering, focusing on noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) performance and fatigue analysis. I possess a robust foundation in advanced engineering techniques, including Finite Element Analysis, Statistical Energy Analysis, and Multidisciplinary Design Optimization, with proficiency in leading software tools such as ANSA, NASTRAN, Abaqus, and VA-One. My passion lies in exploring novel methodologies for optimizing structures, contributing to impactful projects like the design and testing of aircraft for TECNAM, and participating in European collaborative initiatives. In my previous role as a Visiting Researcher at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, I had the opportunity to tutor students and conduct advanced research, which further honed my project management and teamwork skills. During this experience, I also developed entrepreneurial and management abilities through a summer school program at Cornell Tech University in New York City. I thrive in collaborative environments and am dedicated to delivering high-quality results that meet and exceed project objectives.
