I am part of the senior coaching team who try to improve the schools football programme. Alongside this I manage and coach one of the schools senior football teams (U16-U19) where I plan, deliver and review a minimum of 3 sessions a week with this squad. I also coach a small select group of top footballers within the school.I communicate logistics with players and parents, take registers and oversee the general well-being and safety of the players in my sessions and pupils in the sports complex.

I am a B licenced Football coach, currently a Football Professional at Bede’s Senior School and the Coach Development Co-ordinator for the Sussex FA. Previously, U23’s Manager at Eastbourne Town FC also spent over 4 years at Brighton Foundation coaching a range of sessions from after school clubs, pathway centres and development centres. Before Brighton Foundation, I spent 3 years at Hastings United FC, I held positions of First Team, U23’s, U19’s & U18’s coach as well as U16’s Assistant Manager, U14’s, U13’s/U12’s Manager, U6-U8’s coach and Women’s Development Coach. Prior to coaching at Hastings I was Assistant Manager at Eastbourne Rangers Reserve Team as well as owning and running my own private coaching company called Kaizen Football Coaching.
