Mission :Global purchasing strategy and definitions for metallic components Covering a dedicated perimeter of competence across many and different Business line and products is assigned to me following responsibility;Strategic sourcing and rationalization of WW sources/suppliers;Complete or refine all logistic/quality incoming;Raw material analysis and monitoring - Raw material budgeting and foreseen;Sourcing committee management;BCC activities development;Supplier panel definition;Supplier quality improvement as per global expectation- Main Figures :WW number of metallic suppliers : 600WW expected Apv : roughly 500 mil/euMain Area /countries controlled : Italy - Poland -Spain- China - S.Africa - S. America;Main commodities managed : flat steel, stainless steel, tubes, casting, forging, stamped parts,mats, etc etc; Purchasing Director and Head office dedicated to Exhaust system B.line.Covering responsibility for entire structure of purchasing B.Unit organized by different facilities located in in a wide global perimeter;Purchasing perimeters and structure is organized by local purchasing head office and cross commodity management; In both mentioned roles I’m covering many different countries and/or regions;
