I hold both BS & MS in Mechanical Engineering (La Sapienza university, Rome) and a level II master in Management, Innovation and Service Engineering \"MAINS\"(Sant\'Anna university, Pisa). I started my career as Business Analyst in Leonardo Global Solutions, a Leonardo group company based in Rome, focusing on process improvements, cost analysis and service quality. Then I joined ABB as Quality and OpEx Specialist in the Frosinone (Italy) manufacturing plant, working on product quality, continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. I\'m currently working as Associate Manager in the Global Engineering for External Manufacturing productions in SC Johnson, based in Arese (Italy), challenging my experience on a wide range of FMCG processing and packaging technologies including liquids, aerosols, candles, powders, gels. My main accountabilities are: new production lines design, purchasing, installation and qualification; management of existing production lines (improvements, maintenance, capacity expansion), new injection and blow molds development and qualification for plastic components (mainly bottles, closures).
