Together with my team I establish, develop and strengthen authentic connections with a variety of stakeholders, through the lens of innovation and sustainability, to advance the Company\'s reputation and awareness, as well as its business, all around the world. Key responsibilities, at a global level, are the following ones- Lead the Company\'s external and internal communications, brand management and events\' strategy- Support to the Leadership, Institutional Relations and Public Affairs, including proved experience in communication for M&A- Design strategies and project management for all communication channels- Design and develop the editorial and adversiting plan both corporate and product communication- Pitch press releases and stories, arrange interviews, organize press conferences- Oversee the brand campaign and promotional materials, including sales support- Coordinate the events\' strategy and organization- Coordinate activities of regional/business segments offices (and external agencies), on a local scale as well as in key international markets- Develop a network of key journalists, digital influencers, public institutions, companies, and other relevant contacts- Define specific contents and campaigns to engage the internal community, leveraging the multicultural nature of the company- Keep always up-to-date with national and international media, public affairs, blog, social networks, events accounts- Provide thought leadership for the adoption of new practices and the development of new projects- Measure and report performance ensuring consistency with defined KPIs- Team and budget management;
