Reporting to the bank CIO, I am the manager of a team of over 60 people, in charge of supervising the definition and implementation of the overall IT Strategy. As a team, we focus on the governance of IT resources and risks, managing the financial budget and needs, contracts and sourcing with external IT suppliers, architectural design of IT solutions, as well as internal processes in line with the sector best practices. Our mission is to create a lasting value for customers and the bank alike, through a coherent IT investment strategy that brings about change while minimizing the related risks.Responsible for:• Supporting the CIO in developing the IT Strategy, in alignment with Group guidelines and objectives, and overseeing its implementation, including regulatory and methodological adherence, and communicate this with internal and external stakeholders• Management and negotiation of IT budgets and resources, human and financial, ensuring that an appropriate framework of governance of such resources is put in place, in line with Group norms and procedures• Designing and managing a robust and efficient demand management process taking regulatory, financial, architectural requirements and constraints into account• Managing and reporting on the IT Project Portfolio, working closely with all IT functions to ensure appropriate monitoring and reporting to all stakeholders. Manage, assess and communicate risk associated with IT change and run activities• E2E management of the IT suppliers’ lifecycle, from sourcing, to contract negotiation, to regular invoicing and payments. Management of IT third party risks and performance, through the setup of a reliable set of contractual KPIs and performance indicators• Management of the team of IT Architects, ensuring the implementation of a sound architectural setup within all IT change and run activities• Definition of IT processes, with particular regard to supporting the bank transition towards the Agile@Scale model
