ABOUT GIUSEPPE CLEMENTE

I am a manager with more than 20 years experience gained in the Operations field. I have an extensive experience in the design of reorganization plans for the redefinition of business processes, work organization, cost reducing, industrial processes. I’m also familiar with industrial lay-out changes according to the lean productions methods and with the involvement to the entire workforce. I have built and managed an integrated system of design, manufacture, production and product delivery achieving significant COGS savings. I’m used to working closely with the top management under high complexity conditions requiring excellent organizational, problem solving and negotiation skills, both internally and externally. I’ve been focused on supporting business and organizational efficiency and on innovation in the industrial processes management increasing motivation and integration through team building. I am a curious and open minded person, i like to develop teaming among human resources and i’m passionate about the organizational learning topics; always positive and pragmatic, i look at the work with high attention to the future and change, always oriented to the objectives achievement.
