ABOUT GIUSEPPE CIRELLI
I am a Mechanical Engineer specialized in Mechatronics and Robotics, with hands-on experience in robotics, autonomous navigation, and control systems. My work bridges mechanical design, electronics, and software, focusing on real-world applications of advanced robotic technologies.Through research experiences at JAMSTEC (Japan) and the Robotic Mobility Lab in Bari, I have developed and tested algorithms for autonomous underwater vehicles, terrain perception, and suspension estimation, using tools such as ROS2, MSC Adams, and Arduino. These projects gave me practical exposure to visual odometry, mechatronic system integration, and field testing in challenging environments.Beyond technical work, I served as a student representative on the Department Council, collaborating with faculty and peers to improve academic quality and foster innovation.I am particularly interested in robotics, control systems, and applied mechatronics, and I am eager to contribute to research, engineering, or industrial projects that push the boundaries of robotics and automation field.I\'m open to research opportunities and collaborations, engineering opportunities and international project in robotics, automation and control system.
