ABOUT GIUSEPPE CASSOTTA

With over 10 years of experience in retail, I’ve had the privilege of working for structured, industry-leading companies—despite their very different natures in terms of size and product category. I’ve managed flagship stores, large-format concept stores, and factory outlets. A solid understanding of key KPIs, confidence in managing P&L, and expertise in building forecasts and targets—combined above all with strong people management—have always been the core drivers of my actions and professional choices. I believe in the power of change and have been trained to turn challenges into opportunities. Staying in a comfort zone has never been my style. Outside of work, I’m a proud dad with passions for travel, cinema, and finance. I’m naturally curious and stay tuned to what’s happening in the world- In oltre 10 anni di esperienza nel retail ho avuto la fortuna di lavorare per aziende strutturate leader nel settore nonostante fossero realtà molto diverse tra loro (sia per dimensione che per tipoligia di prodotto). Ho difatti gestito flagship store, concept store di ampie metrature e factory outlet. Conoscenze dei princali kpi\'s, confidenza nella gestione di p&l e nella creazione di forecast e target ma soprattutto gestione delle PERSONE sono da sempre stati i miei focus che guidano le mie azioni e scelte professionali. Credo nel potere del cambiamento, formato a guardare le difficoltà in opportunità. Non amo rimanere nella zona di comfort. Nel tempo libero sono un papà e le mie passioni sono viaggiare, cinema e finanza. Sono curioso ed attento alle notizie dal mondo.
