As President of North and Central America at Metso Outotec, I bring with me over 25 years of experience in the minerals processing industry to lead a broad organization of professionals in delivering superior products and services to customers across 14 countries. I also sit on the Metso Outotec extended executive team and am an executive sponsor to several global key accounts. My vision is to partner with our customers, suppliers, and communities to drive positive change in their operations and industries. Sustainability is a top priority, and I am proud to be a part of the race to net zero and decarbonization of our industries. Providing a full scope of Metso Outotec equipment, solutions, and services to mining and minerals operators, their head or regional offices, and their engineering partners, my objective is to improve the customer’s experience and help them meet their targets from increasing recovery rates and throughput, lowering total cost of ownership, and improving energy and water efficiency. Previously, I held several global roles at legacy Metso, including President of Services, and Senior Vice President of Professional Services, where I drove an organization of employees to develop and deliver aftermarket solutions. With a small team of professionals, I spearheaded the development and growth of Life Cycle Services (LCS). Today over 500 LCS contracts exist, delivering valued outcomes to customers and accounting for a significant part of Metso Outotec aftermarket business.
