Operations at scale looks clean from the outside. Most of the roles I\'ve taken were about the messy part of getting there, and that\'s exactly what I enjoy.I\'ve spent 10+ years working at the point where digital businesses meet physical reality: the supply chains, the last-mile networks, the operational systems that actually deliver on what the product promises. That\'s meant taking Amazon Fresh international for the first time, leading the European rollout of Amazon\'s DSP 2.0 program to scale last-mile delivery capacity across the continent, running a $250M+ logistics infrastructure program, and now leading all of operations at HelloFresh Italy - managing a cross-functional team across procurement, production, logistics, and customer care, with full ownership of the cost side of the P&L.Before all of that, I co-founded and ran an entertainment business for six years. That\'s where I learned to build from scratch, negotiate without leverage, and figure things out when there\'s no one to hand the problem to.Living across five countries (Brazil, the US, the UK, Luxembourg, Italy) has made me comfortable with ambiguity and genuinely curious about how things work in different contexts.I do my best work when the environment is messy and the stakes are real.
