Develop the Proposal Plan (including Proposal Schedule) & define the bid cost structure• Manage & Organize bid activities split interfaces with Partners • Analyze the Tender Documents requirements and the Contract conditions• Approve the cost estimate of internally performed activities developed by the Estimator and based on the evaluations made by technical/procurement departments• Ensure the definition of project organization, overall project schedule, overall execution plan & resource plan, ensure the preparation of Cost Closure Reports• Ensure that Risks Analysis is correctly applied• Manage the post-bid clarification phase with the Client.• Prepare the Proposal Close-out Report
