PharmD with 18 years of laboratory research experience working on cellular and molecular biology performing In vivo and In vitro assays. Developed several human and mouse cell-based assays for drug discovery, screening, potency determination and tech transfer to CROs. Currently leading the analytical team in the Cell Therapy Process R&D team at Resilience to establish new analytics platform and evaluate internal and external cell processing technologies for Cell Therapy (CAR T and NK ) Previously in charge for testing all the new clinical and pre-clinical Arcturus drug substance (DS) and product (DP) batches in cell-based potency assays for FDA submission. Familiar with several mouse preclinical diseases and tumor models. Experience in multiple therapeutics areas: rare and metabolic diseases, CAR T therapy, stem cell, liver, immunology, oncology, Covid19 and CNS.
