ABOUT GIULIO BASILICO
I am a third-year student at Columbia University studying Mechanical Engineering, from Brooklyn, NY. While at Columbia I have been an active participant in engineering and advocacy clubs, and during my first semester I was elected to be the Vice Captain of Columbia\'s Club Sailing Team. I have also worked as a poll worker and a sailing instructor, teaching kids and adults to be comfortable on the water and skilled boat handlers.Besides from engineering, I am interested in political advocacy and local government, particularly on the issues of equity and sustainable transportation.
