ABOUT GIULIANA VANO

In both my academic and working path, I had the great opportunity to do what I really love: Communication. I graduated with a Master at Alta Scuola in Comunicazione of Milan and I attended class for Video-Reporter Professionals. After the professional experiences in TV production, I moved on to the digital world: web communities, forums, chats and the explosion of social media. I created digital contents, supervised a moderator team and verified the right functioning on both front- and end-level of cross media applications. Not only virtual, but also real: I took part in events focused on innovation and organised by the ICT research centre, and in Banca Carige I had the opportunity to work in the Internal Communication & Retail Office and in the External Relations and Press Release Department. In Booking.com I improved my commercial and analytical skills and developed a data oriented approach. Every day, I prioritize my actions in order to strenghten the relation with local stakeholders and to make my business partners activity grow. I am a very adaptable person, open to dialogue and curios; I am really good at working independently but I also appreciate an ongoing dialogue and working in team, and I accept with pleasure dares and responsibilities. My favourite things are travels and words: I always talk about travels and I always travel through words, to understand their history and deep meaning. I also love running, going to the cinema and hiking.
