ABOUT GIULIANA SOVRAN
I\'m an Experienced Manager with a 20+ years history of working in the information technology industry and ERP services with strong professional skills in Program and Project Management and People management. I came to Avanade almost seven years ago to help renew the ERP practice in Italy. I’d worked with Arthur Andersen and Accenture previously, so I knew Avanade was Microsoft-focused and connected to Accenture. What I wasn’t aware of was Avanade’s unique culture. Avanade commits to innovation in everything it does. Leaders welcome new ideas and approaches and strive to be transparent. People at all levels receive training and support—both in the classroom and on the job—so they can keep moving themselves and our clients towards more successful outcomes. When I am working with a client to help them achieve their goals and the solution extends beyond ERP and my area of expertise, I know I can call on other Avanade people to offer their knowledge and perspective. There is a confidence in knowing that we are bringing to the table ideas and answers that are built on a variety of experience but that also look forward. Looking forward is something Avanade does very well. Change is a way of life here, as we explore new technologies, build new capabilities and grow as employers. Participating in leadership programs for women and diversity has shown me that Avanade is committed to giving women a strong voice in the digital future.
