Develop policy-based solutions to expand and improve healthcare access within state Medicaid programs for priority populations (e.g, individuals living with behavioral health needs) through research of primary and secondary sources, interviews, surveys, and qualitative analyses. • Manage timelines and budgets on two to four consulting projects per year with budgets up to $10M.• Analyze government policy guidance documents (e.g, Medicaid Provider Manuals; HCPCS and CPT service code repositories) to inform development of benefit and coverage policies. • Delegate tasks to project staff to ensure appropriate distribution of labor and review and revise work products. • Facilitate discussions with leadership of Health and Human Services Departments on healthcare program design and policy direction (e.g, managed care procurement issues; federal demonstration application readiness).
