Showroom handling, coordination of all the activities related to development of sales, management and logistic; Staff recruiting and coordination; Definition of the logistic flows in order to synchronize and to integrate among supplier, company and customers. Definition of the sales budget ensuring the achievement of the objectives of sales and product distribution; Management of all activities related to the pricing of the new collections: benchmarking of competitors, monitoring of economic performance through analysis of variance with respect to the standard schedule; Support and coordination with the Creative Director for the definition of the structure of the collection; Monitor and report weekly sale and perform weekly analysis of by style/by door selling;
