Work with the COO to update H.R. policies and systems in line with our values and legislation, and to ensure global parity in contractual standards.•Work with the COO to develop, implement, and review a global salary and benefits policy for the Resource Centre’s employees and consultants.•With the COO, lead the development of employee engagement and retention strategies.•Assist in addressing issues involving benefits, leave, taxation, social security and immigration/domestic legislation requirements.•Co-ordinate the preparation, renewal and filing of contracts. Monitor and manage risks related to employment terms and conditions.•Provide H.R. support to the Resource Centre’s five registered locations (UK - headquarters, Germany, USA, Australia, and Colombia), and the 16 other locations where we have consultants.•Co-develop resolution strategies to address concerns and grievances raised by the global team.•Proactively identify risks within our H.R. policies and systems and develop strategies to mitigate them.
